Our lives are busier than ever and allot can happen in a short period.
• In the event of inclement weather the Spa will be closed and clients effected will be notified.
• For a single spa service, Please cancel 12 hours’ prior to appointment time.
• More than one service or combinations, Please cancel 24 hours’ prior to appointment time.
• Repeat cancelations or missed reservations will require advance payment to book future reservations.

Illness: Please Cancel your Appointment if you possibly have a Cold or Flu!
• Some Things Should Not Be Shared!

Returned Check fee is $25.00, for all Checks.

Retail Purchases

• A full refund for "unopened" retail purchases within 30 days of purchase date.
• Any product purchased has a "Satisfaction Guarantee" for 15 days after the purchase date.
- - An alternate retail product can be exchanged or a credit may be applied toward another retail product.
• No cash or credit refunds for opened and/or used products.
